I was asked by a listener whether I thought Wiccans and Satanists can get along. And my answer is obviously yeah, we can get along. Assuming the Wiccans understand one thing: we have a common enemy, a common enemy in the Christians. The Wiccans tend to think of themselves as superior to Satanists, but if they could just realize that its the Christians that are always opposing freedom for alternative religions, if they could just bring themselves to understand that we have a common enemy, then maybe they wouldn’t be so uppity about everything.

See, the problem with Wiccans is they believe their own hype. They believe that they’re special. They believe that they’re carrying on some unbroken pagan tradition, when their religion is really just a recreation of paganism and its a very poor recreation of paganism, because most pagan cultures were warrior-like cultures, most pagan cultures believed in animal and sometimes human sacrifice which are things that Wiccans never do. And if you look at the average Wiccans you can tell they’re not part of a warrior culture because they don’t even look like they’ve been to a gym in a couple of years. So this idea that they’re carrying on some ancient pagan belief is just silly.

Now there’s nothing wrong with being a religion that recreates old pagan traditions or tries to as close as you can, but what you should do is admit to that. You should be honest about it. You should say “we’re trying to recreate ancient paganism as best we can” or the way we think we should. And that’s the problem with all other occult religions is that people aren’t honest about their history. Wicca was created in the mid 1950s by Gerald Gardner and even the Charge of the Goddess is taken from Aleister Crowley’s The Book of the Law. The first two chapters, it has all of this Book of the Law stuff in it, and that’s certainly not ancient paganism because The Book of the Law wasn’t recieved until 1904, so this idea that Wicca is somehow an ancient religion, and is somehow superior to Satanism, is an absolute lie.

And the other thing is they’ve fooled themselves into believing that they’re somehow more socially acceptable to the public than Satanism is and in some ways they’re right because the public generally sees them as harmless. They see them as a bunch of weirdos and fruitcakes, whereas because Satanism has been subject to the Satanic Panic, people fear us more. They think we’re more involved in criminal activities, which, to be honest, Satanists are no more involved in criminal activities than Wiccans are generally. I mean there are exceptions to that rule, but generally speaking Satanists are law-abiding citizens. And unfortunately they have this bad reputation because of all the films and all the documentaries that have been made and all the stuff that went on during the ‘80s. I’d like to also point out that it doesn’t really help that Satanists are still thought of the same way on the internet today. It doesn’t help that people like Alex Jones, and Mark Dice, and Jim Mars are perpetuating this Lucifeian-conspiracy thing.

But getting back to the question, can Wiccans and Satanist get along? Yeah, we can. Will we? Probably not. As long as the Satanists see Wiccans as individuals who are Christianizing paganism, and as long as the Wiccans see Satanists as individuals who are reverse Christians, there’s going to be no common ground. But could we get along? Yeah, sure we could. But will we? Probably not, ever, until we realize that we have a common enemy, and that common enemy in Christianity.

A friend of mine was pointing out the other day that they get this question a lot. They’re often asked whether once somebody has become a Christian can they renounce it and become a Satanist. And the answer is obviously yes, you can renounce Christianity and become a Satanist. Only on one condition: that is you haven’t fully accepted the spirit of Jehovah in the first place. And the reason I say that is because if you truly accepted the spirit of Jehovah you wouldn’t have any desire to be a Satanist. Simply by the fact that you can even question Jehovah or Yahweh or by whatever name you want to call him shows that you haven’t accepted his spirit. Because one of the things about Jehovah is he changes your personality. If you accept him and let in his presence, you no longer have a desire to be like everyone else, to be normal. You want to be a passive, servile, always praising Jesus sort of person. So that fact that you can question whether you truly believe in Jehovah tells me that you haven’t accepted it in the first place.

So the next obvious question would be if you haven’t accepted it, why would anybody want to be Christian in the first place? And the reason is because in a lot of places in this country and other places people come from families where they’re constantly being pressured to be “saved,” to accept Jesus. Especially in the Southern United States where I’m from it’s “momma, apple pie, and Jesus.” That’s not just a cliche, it really is kinda like that around here. So, you’re constantly being told that if you don’t accept Jesus you’re going to burn in Hell. So people tend to accept Christianity out of pressure. They might not necessarily really believe in Christianity, but they’re still afraid because they’ve been told “You’re gonna burn in Hell, you’re gonna burn in Hell.” They just break down from the pressure because nobody wants to think about going to an eternal lake of fire forever. What usually happens is once they get past this initial fear though they go back to being the way they were. They go back to thinking about religion the way they did before they were scared and so that’s why they get interested in Satanism again. So what I would say is as long as you have an interest in Satanism, as long as you have a desire to still question Christianity and to not really believe it fully then that means you never really accepted the spirit of Jehovah, of the Christian god in the first place so you’re fine.

Once that parasite gets ahold of you . . . and that’s the way I view Jehovah; I view him as a parasite. I view him as a disease. I don’t view him as anything special. I don’t view him as the supreme God. I view him as a parasite. And I view the people that believe in him and worship him as being possessed., being ill, being sick. And they’re possessed by a spirit of evil that is vindictive, that is hateful, that tries to convince people that he is the supreme deity. I don’t see it as anything special to be a Christian. I see it as somebody who, unfortunately, has succumbed to an illness that they can no longer be saved from.

The Christians are very much like the deity they worship. They have two faces. They present this image of love, peace, and acceptance, but when you really look at what they preach and what they do, that mask comes off and you realize how vindictive and how evil they are. You realize that, just like their god, it’s a mask, that false kindness, that false love, that “we accept you brother,” and “the love of Christ,” and all that stuff, it’s a mask that they wear. It’s an image that they put on. But behind all of that fake love and acceptance is this evil desire to control every aspect of your life. And if you don’t believe me just watch the video I put up on my YouTube page about Christians showing their true colors. Look at what they say. Look at what they do. Look at how they act. And that’s exactly how their god is. He has one face for people when he wants to convince them and seduce them into believing in him and then once he has them he shows people what he really is: a vindictive parasite, an evil entity worth nothing and worth no praise and worship. He is something that should be destroyed. He is something that should be avoided. He is something that should be opposed at every opportunity.

To me the idea of Christians going around giving people this message of “salvation” is about the equivalent of giving somebody an AIDS infected needle, or giving somebody a gun and telling them to pull the trigger once they put it to their head. It’s not something special, it’s not a gift. It’s a curse. It’s enslavement, and that’s the way I see it. And so the way we should look at Christians who go around spreading the Gospel of Christ is they’re committing a crime. They’re committing a crime against humanity, a crime against that individual. They’re teaching them to enslave themselves to a religion that wants to take away their personal freedom and their personal free will. And they’re enslaving themselves to a god that doesn’t give a damn about them.

Episode 13: Is Satanism paganism?

Hi everybody, thanks for joining me for another episode of the podcast. I’m going to be answering a question today that I get asked quite often, and that is whether I think Satanism is a form of paganism, and while I can’t speak for everyone, at least in my opinion it is paganism. And the reason is because I believe any form of religion that is non-Christian is paganism, first of all. Second of all, I’m a polytheist, not a monotheist. I observe the Solstices and Equinoxes and I observe Samhain. So I guess that makes me a pagan. In addition to that I would say that I also regard Satan as a god of nature and a god of balance, a god of natural law. A god of the spirit and of the carnal, so I see a lot of Pan in Him, a lot of Dionysus in Him, so I most certainly consider my own particular practices, or my own particular approach, to be paganism.

While my personal practice focuses primarily on Satan, I do regard the other Demons as gods in Their own right worthy of respect and reverence. And as such I really practice a devotional form of Satanism. All my ritual work is based on the idea of trying to connect with Them or trying to build a relationship with Them in some way. When I got into Satanism I didn’t get into Satanism to be a magician. I got into Satanism to be a Satanist. What fascinated me about Satanism was Satan and the Demons, not magic, not the idea of casting spells or trying to curse people, or trying to cast love spells or anything like that. I was fascinated with the Demonic Realm and the Demons Themselves. And I wanted to worship Them. So all of my practices, for the most part, focus on devotional activities. I think that’s what makes my approach to Satanism different from so many.

Ya know, so many Satanists today are so focused on Ego, and on Self, they don’t care about devotional practices, they don’t care about connecting with the Spirits, all they care about is promoting their own interests at all times. And that is something that’s a carry-over from atheism. I was never interested in that when I started this. My interest was about being around people who actually worship Satan, and who made Satan the central focus of their life, and who are raising their kids to be Satanists, and who believed that the enemy of Satan was the Christian god, the Abrahamic religious traditions, and that our job was to try to lessen their influence on the world because the Abrahamic religious traditions are a virus. And I believe one of the jobs of Satanists is to limit the influence of the Abrahamic religious traditions and the god of the Abrahamic religios traditions. Now I know many Satanists don’t believe in the Judeo-Christian god, but I do. I believe he’s a parasite. I believe he’s an evil, vindictive, hateful entity who seeks to enslave mankind. And I believe that our job is to lessen the influence of his followers and thereby lessen his influence on the world. And those are the type of people that I want to be around, and those are the type of people that I want to work with, and unfortunately all Satanism has become is meaningless self-worship. And that’s not what I’m about. I’m a religious Devil Worshipper. I’m unapologetic about it and that’s what fascinates me. And I consider pagan religions to be religions that espouse the same ideas that I believe in in Satanism.

So I consider pagan religions to be religions of the same spirit, of the same essence as Satanism. I don’t see myself as an enemy of pagan religions. I don’t see myself as separate from pagan religions. I see pagan religions and pagans as people who share a very similar viewpoint to my own with very similar ideas and very similar goals. I don’t think any of us really like the influence of Christianity and I don’t think any of us feel free as long as Christianity holds a major influence on the world, because just like Satanists, pagans are persecuted by Christians too.

Hey guys. I want to continue talking about the topic I was talking about yesterday, which is the pluses and minuses of the internet for Theistic Satanists. One of the things that the internet brings us is the ability to publish our material instantaneously and it brings us the benefit of being able to have podcasts like this one so of course there are many benefits to it but the downside to it, besides the other ones I mentioned is the fact that when you’re a new Satanist and you’re just learning and you study something your tendency is going to be to go ask other people what they think. When I was growing up in Satanism we didn’t have the internet, so you kind of had to study the texts, you kind of had to form your own opinions about the texts, and you had time to really process things, which is something that most people don’t have the opportunity to do today because they’re so focused on trying to get other people’s opinions about everything, so they don’t make the time to formulate their own opinions about what they’re reading or what they’re studying and they don’t give themselves time to have a communication with Satan or the spirits. It’s very difficult to connect with Satan and the Demons if you’re being bombarded from every direction with ten thousand different opinions. You have to be quiet long enough to be able to hear and connect with the spirits. And I don’t mean literally “hear” but I mean sense their presence. And you have to spend time alone with yourself and think about your sacred texts, and think about what you believe, and think about your prayers, and think about the Demons so that you have time to make that personal connection, because ultimately what this is all about is making a personal connection with the Demonic realm. If you don’t do that then all of these rituals and stuff mean nothing.

The problem is that everybody overcomplicates this. They think that it’s all about what ritual robe you have or what altar you have. They think it’s all about objects. It’s not. You don’t need any of those things in order to make a connection. You can make a connection with Satan and the Demons without any ritual objects at all. Ritual objects themselves are not magical. The power doesn’t reside in them it resides in the connection between you and the spirits. it resides in the connection between your essence and their essence. If you look at the Facebook groups you’ll see that people are obsessed with the Goetia. They’re obsessed with trying to evoke spirits to physical manifestation. You don’t have to do that. It’s not necessary. in order to get the Demons’ help. It’s something that people are obsessed with and they overcomplicate it and they forget that Satanism at its essence is a religion. It’s not just a philosophy., as I said in the previous podcast.

This idea that Satanism is a philosophy rather than a religion is an atheistic concept. It wasn’t popularized, it wasn’t accepted as an accepted way of practising Satanism until about 1970 when the Satanic Bible was published. Up until then, Satanism was seen as a religion and people who worshipped Satan were the accepted, common Satanists, and the Atheistic Satanists have done a great job at convincing everybody that Satanists don’t worship Satan, and they also convinced them of the idea that Satanists have never worshipped Satan. But that’s just simply not true. And if you understand that what’s at the heart of Satanism is your relationship with Satan and the Demons then you’ll actually get somewhere, and you’ll actually learn something about the spirits, but it takes time. And they’re not always going to answer you right away. Sometimes I think they test you to see how serious you are about connecting with them. And if you give up right away you’ll never know whether they’re real or not. And like I said, it’s not that complicated anyway. Most people that succeed in communicating with them succeeded in communicating with them simply by asking them to show their presence. It’s not that hard. Anyway, that’s it for today guys. See ya tomorrow.

Episode 11: Internet Blessing or Curse?/Real Satanists Don’t Pray?

Hi everybody, I know it’s been a long time since we’ve done this but I just wanted to let you know that I haven’t died or gone anywhere. I’m still here. What I want to talk about today is something that I think is very important. I’ve kind of talked about it in the past, but I haven’t talked about it near as much as I wanted to, and that’s whether the internet is a blessing or a curse to Theistic Satanism. And I think it’s partly a blessing and partly a curse and the reason I say that is because on the one hand it allows Satanists to get together and communicate, and ya know, get together with people like themselves, but on the other hand it creates this group-think within Satanism, this herd-mentality where nobody wants to be seen as the outsider, nobody wants to be thought of as the outcast, so it’s become very popular in Theistic Satanism to talk like an atheist, to say that Satanism is a philosophy and not a religion.

When you start talking like this you’re losing the whole point of Theistic Satanism. You’re losing your individuality and if you lose your individuality then what’s the point of being a Satanist? If you follow along with the rest of the herd, you’re no different than the Christians. Being a servant to the Kingdom of Darkness is not a popularity contest. It’s a calling. It’s either something you are or something you’re not. Being a Satanist is something you were either born to be or something you’re not. There is no other way around it.

And one of the things that bothers me is this idea that praying is somehow not Satanic. Christians did not create prayer. They did not create that as a way to communicate with spirits. They’re just one of the religions that utilize prayer, they didn’t create it. The Egyptians prayed, alot of other cultures prayed. And the fact that there are Satanists out there who are so ignorant of religious history that they seem to think that the idea of prayer is somehow a Christian concept is just shocking to me, and the fact that those people go around on the internet preaching Satanism like they know something when they don’t even know basic concepts like Christians didn’t create prayer, ya know they have no business teaching anybody anything because they can’t even read a book. They don’t even know their basic history. How can you possibly be a minister when you teach somebody that Satanists do not pray because that is Christian? I’ve seen people do that and it’s completely ignorant.

What makes all of this even more silly to me is that Theistic Satanists are going around spouting this stuff and they don’t even realize that this is a philosophy espoused by atheistic Satanists and it was a philosophy basically promoted by Anton LaVey and it wasn’t taught until 1970. Prior to that any accounts we have of Devil Worship or Religious Satanism show that the Satanists prayed and they did prayer rituals and they prayed to Satan. It’s only when LaVey came along and the Satanic Bible was published in the 1970s that this idea became popular. And the fact that most people don’t know that or understand that tells me that they don’t really study their religion they don’t really study the history. They don’t really know what they’re talking about. And when those people get on Facebook and mislead other Satanists and teach them stuff that’s not true, especially Theistic Satanists because they should know better, I mean, if you’re just going to espouse atheistic philosophy then why are you even a Theistic Satanist in the first place? It makes no sense.

Now if you’re an Atheistic Satanist listening to this I want to be clear about something. You have every right to believe what you want to believe and this podcast is not directed at you. This podcast is directed to those people who claim to be servants of the Lord of Darkness, people who believe in the Lord Satan, but then tell people not to pray, not to connect to Him because “prayer is Christian.” Now that’s not the only way to connect with Satan obviously, but what I’m saying is it is a useful way. Every Satanist that I know that believes in Satan prays. The only people that don’t pray are people that have been influenced by Atheistic Satanism. And I don’t understand why people who claim to worship the Lord of Darkness, who claim to believe in Him, would tell people not to connect with Him in whatever way possible. It’s ridiculous, it’s silly, it’s foolish, it’s not Satanic, and I can’t believe people get away with this nonsense. And I can’t believe people are foolish enough to listen to them either.

It seems absolutely silly to me that some of the very same people who hate Anton LaVey will sit there and espouse everything he believed and will tell people to believe exactly what the Satanic Bible teaches. You can tell that some of them haven’t even read the Satanic Bible, and they don’t even realize where this philosophy that they espouse comes from. That’s how ignorant they are of Satanism. They don’t even know that the not-praying comes from Anton LaVey, the person that most of them hate and say they have nothing to do with, and they don’t agree with at all. How do we ever expect Satanism to become a serious religion if people don’t even study and know where their philosophy comes from? Anyway that’s it for today guys. I’ll talk to you tomorrow. Bye.
